Hormone Healing Moist Muffins

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup (25g) collagen peptides
  • 3/4 cup (75g) almond flour
  • 1 tbsp monkfruit
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the wet in one bowl

    Mix the dry in another

    Combine wet and dry

    Spoon 2 tbsp into coconut oiled silicone muffin molds

    Bake at 300 for 10 minutes
