Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked and drained
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or your favorite herb
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
