Ingredients
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 3 tsp maple extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp almond milk to thin can sub with water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
  4. Pulse until well blended
  5. Pour mixture into a oiled or silicone muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
