Ingredients
  • Group 1
  • 1.5 cup (164g) raw pecans
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 200g bananas
  • Group 2
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F
  2. Add group 1 to a highspeed blender and blend until smooth
  3. Add group 2 and blend for another 1-2 minutes
  4. Dollop the batter into a 12-14 cup silicone muffin pan evenly and bake on the top rack for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserts clean. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
