Deep dive into the NN Nutrition Principles with voice and video recorded lessons. In the lessons, we break down cutting edge science, bust common diet myths, and provide you with nutritional knowledge that you can use to form a sustainable approach to health and wellness.
During the NN Masterclass you’ll be given a 1:1 support session to personalize a direct plan of action for your bio-individual needs.
Each lesson is designed to first conceptualize the lesson, and then integrate through applying a custom daily routine to support the lesson – based on your personal goals and lifestyle habits.
Each lesson comes with a short concept checkpoint. Checkpoints are tailored to help you understand the take-home message. This helps to identity and avoid blocks that may be preventing you from taking the action you want.
As a participant of the NN MasterClass, you’ll have access to the NN Community network that features exclusive content, recipes, and communication with NN MasterClass Members. It’s a safe space to connect and ask questions, share your wins, seek support, and collaborate with others for accountability purposes.
