- 1/4 cup young coconut meat
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vega sport performance recommended
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower steamed
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tsp maca powder
- dash cinnamon
- dash sea salt
