Special thanks to Team Vega for their great products to make it happen. You’ll notice that I use their protein powders in most all of my smoothies/thickies/protein shakes. They have one of the best ingredient lists around (as in clean and no weird wtf is that’s?), they’re plant-based for easy digestion and the flavor is incredible! Not to mention they have a good line up of flavors to choose from. Although I recommend using their protein powder, feel free to mix it up and use your favorite brand.
Yes, I know not everyone has butter and maple extract sitting around, but they make this taste exactly like a pancake! So go venture to the market and pick yourself up some extracts! Who knows you may become little Betty Crocker and come up with your own favorite smoothie creation, other than this one of course!

- 1 scoop Vega Clean Protein Vanilla
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp maple extract
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
- 1/2 large avocado
- 1/2 cup almond milk

Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
